01The starting point
The founders had created something magical in the physical world, a retreat center that changes people, but their online presence didn't capture the feeling of being there. I wanted someone to land on this site and already feel the exhale.
02The build
An immersive website for Begin Again Retreat Center, a nature-based retreat space in the redwoods, offering yoga, meditation, soaking pools, and group experiences that change people.
03Current status
Launching to the retreat and wellness community. Designed to drive bookings and hosting inquiries.
04Reflections
Designing for atmosphere is different from designing for conversion. Every scroll, every image transition, every word had to slow you down, the opposite of most web design. The site needed to breathe the way the land does.
