01The starting point
Agencies relearn the same lessons every event. The knowledge sits in Slack threads, Drive folders, and the heads of two producers who are already too busy. I wanted to see what changes when anyone on the team can just ask.
02The build
A memory layer for an events agency. Every vendor, budget, decision, and lesson pulled from the tools the team already uses, then answered in full sentences for anyone who asks.
03Current status
Built as a working pitch with invented data. Kept live as a portfolio piece.
04Reflections
Retrieval turned out to be the easy part. The hard part is producing an answer someone trusts enough to act on without going back to check the source themselves.
