01The starting point
The founders had built something incredible: courts, a gym, a sauna, a wine bar, coworking space, all inside a converted car showroom. But their digital presence didn't match the energy of the physical space. I built this deck to show them exactly how to close that gap.
02The build
A strategy presentation for Pickle Athletics, Oakland's indoor pickleball social club, covering website optimization, membership growth, content strategy, and community building. Complete with interactive before/after comparisons of their space.
03Current status
Delivered to the Pickle Athletics founding team. Strategy recommendations being implemented.
04Reflections
The best strategy decks don't just tell, they show. Building the before/after slider of their space renovation became the emotional anchor of the whole presentation. Sometimes a single visual comparison does more than 20 slides of data.
