01The starting point
Teachers build playlists at 11pm the night before class. I've done it a thousand times. The work is already done, so there's no good reason for anyone else to start from nothing.
02The build
Every playlist I've built for class, public and free, behind a single email field. Sorted by mood so you can find the one that fits the room you're about to walk into.
03Current status
Live at music.peteryoga.com. Feeds the newsletter and costs almost nothing to run.
04Reflections
Giving away the best thing I had grew the list faster than anything I've ever put behind a gate. It was also my first build on Next.js 16, which taught me how much motion a page can carry before it stops feeling calm.
