Notes to decisions
Turns meeting notes or recordings into decisions, owners, and dates.
You need this if…
- You leave a meeting sure something was decided and can’t remember what.
- Two people walked out with different versions of the plan.
- Your meeting notes are a page of fragments only you can read, on a good day.
- 01What it reads
- Notes
- Meeting transcripts
- Voice memos
- Calendar
- 02What you get
A short list of what was decided and who owns each next step by when, with anything still open called out at the bottom.
- 03What stays with you
It won’t send the recap to anyone. You read it first and forward it if you like it.
- 04How you ask
“What did we decide on Tuesday?”
Try it today.
Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, then add your own material where it says so. Take out card numbers, passwords and anything private about other people first.
When it runs on its own.
After each meeting with a recording or notes, it writes up the decisions and drops them in the notes file for that client or project. Ask it later and it can tell you what was decided on any given day.
That’s what Second Nature is: this job and 9 to 11 more like it, set up on your own computer around how you work, with me.
